Airport or Rail Transfers

Guests are invited to make their own way to the hotel by car or taxi from their arrival airport or train station. If you would prefer a more seamless journey, we are happy to arrange private transfers for an additional fee — please let us know in advance if you would like to book this service.
Check-in opens from 3:00pm. For those arriving earlier, you are very welcome to relax in the hotel’s stylish bar and restaurant, where a tempting lunch menu is available.
In the evening, we invite you to join us for a welcome drinks reception at 7:00pm, a wonderful opportunity to meet your fellow guests and start your experience together.
Following the reception, a delicious three-course dinner will be served at 7:30pm in the hotel’s renowned restaurant, promising a relaxed and sociable start to your journey with us.
Day 1 Highlights:
Start your day with a relaxed continental breakfast served from 08:00 – 09:00, before we gather at 09:30 for our first crafting session. Whether you dive straight into your projects or take it at your own pace, the morning is yours to stitch, knit, or create until 12:30.
At 12:30, enjoy a delicious two-course lunch in the hotel restaurant — a chance to recharge and share inspiration with fellow guests.
The afternoon crafting session runs from 14:00 – 17:00, offering another opportunity to immerse yourself in your creative projects. Remember, this is your retreat: you’re free to craft as much or as little as you wish throughout the day, and the hotel’s wonderful facilities are available to you at any time.
From 17:00 – 19:30, take some time to relax — enjoy the spa, have a swim, or simply unwind before we meet again.
At 19:30, we’ll come together for a delicious three-course dinner featuring the finest local ingredients — a perfect end to a day of creativity and relaxation.
Day 2 Highlights:
Ease into the morning with a continental breakfast available from 08:00 – 09:00, before gathering again at 09:30 for another relaxed crafting session. Whether you choose to continue your project or try something new, you are free to craft as much or as little as you like until 12:30.
At 12:30, we pause for a delicious two-course lunch, freshly prepared and served in the hotel restaurant — a lovely opportunity to recharge and connect with fellow creatives.
The afternoon crafting session runs from 14:00 – 17:00, giving you more time to immerse yourself in your stitching, knitting, or crafting passions. Throughout the day, you are always welcome to make the most of the hotel’s facilities whenever you wish.
From 17:00 – 19:30, enjoy some free time — visit the spa, take a dip in the pool, or simply unwind with a drink and a good chat.
At 19:30, we’ll come together once more to enjoy a fabulous three-course dinner, crafted from the best local ingredients — a perfect way to celebrate another day of creativity and relaxation.
Day 3 Highlights:
Start your day with a relaxed continental breakfast served between 08:00 – 09:00 before we embark on a special day out together.
A private coach will collect us from the hotel (departure time to be confirmed) for a short journey to the Royal Worcester Museum. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided tour and an exclusive private talk led by one of their passionate experts — a fascinating insight into Worcester’s rich heritage of fine craftsmanship.
Following the museum visit, we’ll head to a local venue for lunch (at guests’ own expense), where you can enjoy delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere.
After lunch, you’ll have free time to explore the historic heart of Worcester, including the magnificent Worcester Cathedral — a true gem not to be missed.
We’ll return to the hotel in the late afternoon, giving you time to relax and freshen up before coming together once more for our final three-course dinner at 19:30 — a perfect way to reflect on your adventures and celebrate a wonderful few days of creativity and connection.
Day 4 Highlights:
Begin your day with a leisurely continental breakfast served from 08:00 – 09:00, before we come together at 09:30 for another relaxed crafting session. Continue your projects at your own pace, or simply enjoy the creative space, until 12:30.
At 12:30, we’ll break for a delicious two-course lunch in the hotel restaurant — a perfect moment to catch up with fellow guests and admire each other’s progress.
Our afternoon crafting session takes place from 14:00 – 17:00, offering more uninterrupted time to immerse yourself in your stitching, knitting, or creative work. As always, you’re free to craft as much or as little as you wish, and the hotel’s fantastic facilities are available throughout the day.
At 17:00, there’s time to relax and freshen up before a special evening out.
This evening, we’ll head to a charming local English pub for a relaxed dinner (meal at guests’ own expense), soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying some classic British hospitality together.
Day 5 Highlights:
Start your final full day with a relaxed continental breakfast served from 08:00 – 09:00, before gathering at 09:30 for another wonderful morning of crafting. Whether you’re putting the finishing touches on your projects or simply enjoying some creative time, the morning is yours to enjoy until 12:30.
At 12:30, we’ll take a break to savour a delicious two-course lunch in the hotel restaurant — a chance to relax, refuel, and chat with fellow guests.
Our final afternoon crafting session runs from 14:00 – 16:00, giving you a little more time to complete your creations.
At 16:00, we’ll all come together for a relaxed Show and Tell, where you can share your progress, celebrate each other's achievements, and admire the incredible work that’s been created throughout the retreat.
From 17:00 – 19:30, you’ll have time to relax and freshen up before a special evening.
At 19:30, we’ll gather for our final celebratory three-course dinner, a wonderful way to toast the friendships, creativity, and memories made during our time together.
Day 6 Highlights:
After a wonderful week of creativity, connection, and relaxation, it's time to say goodbye.
Enjoy a final leisurely breakfast in the hotel restaurant at your own pace.
Check-out is by 11:00am, but there’s no need to rush — take the morning to reflect on your achievements, swap contact details with new friends, and savour your last moments at the Bank House Hotel.

Cancellation shall take effect only when Creative Experiences receives written notification from the person confirming the booking. All correspondence should be addressed to Creative Experiences, 55 Westfield Avenue, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5AA, United Kingdom or by email to info@creative-experiences. In all cases of cancellation, the deposit forfeit. The following cancellation fees expressed, as a percentage of the total holiday cost, will become immediately payable to Creative Experiences.
Cancellation charge:
Cancellation within 8 weeks; 40% of holiday cost payable
Cancellation within 7 weeks; 60% of holiday cost payable
Cancellation within 6 weeks; 80% of holiday cost payable
Cancellation within 4 weeks; 100% of holiday cost payable
Deposits
For any holiday, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of holiday cost. If your deposit payment is not received within 7 days, the holiday may be offered to other interested parties.
Payment of holiday cost
The balance of your holiday cost must be settled 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday. If your holiday booking is made within 8 weeks of commencement, payment must be made in full immediately on booking. If payments are not made in accordance to this schedule, bookings will be treated as cancellations and deposits will not be refunded.
Insurance
Every person for whom a holiday is booked with Creative Experiences must have adequate insurance cover and must be able to show us proof of insurance upon request.
Cancellation by the client
Cancellation shall take effect only when Creative Experiences receives written notification from the person confirming the booking. All correspondence should be addressed to Creative Experiences, 55 Westfield Avenue, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5AA, United Kingdom or by email to info@creative-experiences. We will not be liable for refunding any expenses, which have been occurred as a result of the booking.
Our holidays require a minimum amount of guests to be able to to continue with the holiday. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the holiday in case the minimum number has not been achieved.
Changes
Should you wish to change your booking, Creative Experiences will endeavour to accommodate any changes subject to any differences in price and availability, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Creative Experiences will make an administration charge of £50 for any change in booking. Bookings cannot be changed within 2 weeks of the start of your holiday.
Responsibility
Creative Experiences will not be liable for any loss or damages occurred to any client as a result of:
Any event or circumstance which could have been avoided if the client had taken reasonable care.
Any circumstance or event which Creative Experiences or its suppliers could not have foreseen or prevented even with all due care and attention.
Circumstances out of the reasonable control of Creative Experiences such as strikes, wars, civil or political unrest, quarantine restrictions, terrorism, government actions, natural or nuclear disaster adverse weather conditions including injury or illness to staff thus reducing level of service.
Injury, illness or death due to any activity at any time during your holiday, except where such injury or death is caused by the negligence or fraud of Creative Experiences.
Loss of, theft of or damage to any of your belongings at any time of your holiday, whether within the chalet, in the neighbourhood or otherwise.
Injury, illness or death associated with the consumption of any food or drink we may supply except where such illness, injury or death is caused by the wilful negligence or fraud of Creative Experiences or its directors, officers or employees.
Excursion days
We do not accept responsibility if an artisan or person does not show up or cancels private booked excursion such as walking tours, artisan lessons, cooking lessons, wine tastings etc. Should this situation arise, Creative Experiences will try their very best to book another excursion and find an alternative at no cost to the client.
Our suppliers
Creative Experiences is working with third party suppliers such as hotels, villas, transfer companies and others. We are more than happy to discuss any of your requirements such as food allergies with hotels, specific room allocations, pick and drop off times with transfers companies, however we cannot guarantee that your request can be fulfilled. In case of special client requirements not being accepted by the third party, we will be contacting you at our earliest convenience to let you know.
Complaints and Problems
In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your holiday, you must immediately inform the Creative Experiences representative and the supplier of the service(s) in question. Any verbal notification must be put in writing and given to our representative and the supplier as soon as possible. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to solve it. Most problems can be dealt with quickly. If you remain dissatisfied however, you must write to us within 28 days of your return to your home country giving your booking reference and full details of your complaint. We regret we do not accept any liability in relation to any complaint or claim which is not notified entirely in accordance with this clause.
